A Family Man Who Understands Your Struggles
Chris is a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He and his wife, Melissa, have spent 35 years together—happily married for 31 of those years—raising three wonderful children and proudly doting on three beautiful grandchildren.
Starting their family at the young ages of 22 and 19, Chris faced the challenges of providing for his family while making sure there was always food on the table. In those early days, he and Melissa often worked opposite shifts, shared a worn-out car, and saw each other only as they passed in the night.
Through hard work and determination, they eventually saved enough to invest in a three-family building, which they renovated themselves, transforming it into both a cherished home and a valuable asset. As their family grew, Chris dreamed of giving his children the lifestyle he and Melissa enjoyed in their own childhoods in Lunenburg—a place where the kids could run free.
They sold their investment and used the proceeds to purchase a plot of land in Ashby, MA, where they built the home they still cherish today. That was 22 years ago.
"I'm running for State Representative to help rid our state of the ridiculous policies, high energy prices, high taxes, and limited opportunities that stand in the way of citizens who struggle to raise a family here in the Commonwealth."

Working for What Matters
Real solutions for the challenges facing families in the 1st Middlesex District. Common-sense policies that put taxpayers first.
I strongly believe in the need for a comprehensive audit of our state government—something 72% of us voted for in 2024. It's time to bring transparency and accountability to how your hard-earned tax dollars are being managed. The money collected by the government doesn't belong to them—it belongs to you, the taxpayer.
Year after year, we hear about wasteful spending, inefficiencies, and programs that fail to deliver results. Yet, there's been little effort to truly examine where our money is going. A full audit would shine a light on these issues, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that every dollar is being spent wisely.
As your State Representative, I will push for this audit and work for greater fiscal responsibility. Together, we can demand the transparency we deserve and hold our government accountable for how it spends our money.
As a father of two daughters and grandfather to three granddaughters, ensuring the safety of women is close to my heart. I firmly advocate for fair treatment and respect of women, including opposing policies that allow men in women's sports, restrooms, locker rooms, or similar spaces. Preserving these boundaries is essential to maintaining both fairness and safety.
This isn't about discrimination—it's about common sense. Women deserve spaces where they can feel safe and compete on a level playing field. Allowing biological males into women's sports undermines the hard work and achievements of female athletes who have trained their entire lives.
I will stand firm on this issue because protecting our daughters and granddaughters is not negotiable. We can be compassionate and inclusive while still maintaining reasonable boundaries that protect women's rights and safety.
As the grandson of a retired police officer and friend to many in law enforcement and first responders, I am a steadfast advocate for law and order. Ensuring the safety of our communities requires a firm stance against crime and support for our law enforcement officers. I will work to strengthen our laws and provide the resources necessary to keep our state safe.
Our police officers put their lives on the line every day to protect us. They deserve our support, not defunding or demonization. The anti-police rhetoric we've seen in recent years has made their jobs harder and our communities less safe.
As your State Representative, I will back the blue and ensure our law enforcement has the tools, training, and support they need. I will also work to reverse soft-on-crime policies that have emboldened criminals and put innocent citizens at risk.
Massachusetts has spent nearly four billion dollars on immigrant shelter programs in the last two years, straining healthcare, education, energy, and food security. Meanwhile, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and low-income seniors are often neglected. I will work to reform existing policies to balance compassion with practical resource management.
We have a responsibility to take care of our own citizens first—the veterans who served our country, the elderly who built our communities, and the disabled who need our support. It's unconscionable that these groups are being pushed aside while billions are spent on those who entered our country illegally.
I support compassionate immigration policies, but not at the expense of American citizens. We need to reform the Right to Shelter law to prioritize legal residents and ensure our limited resources are being used responsibly. As your State Representative, I will work for commonsense reforms that put Massachusetts residents first.
Citizens face a tough choice between paying energy bills and putting food on the table, while Beacon Hill bends the knee to the Green Energy Lobby. Green energy mandates impose a regressive tax on working families through hidden fees. I believe we should enhance our energy infrastructure instead of adhering to unrealistic carbon-neutral deadlines.
Massachusetts already has some of the highest energy costs in the nation, and these green mandates are making it worse. Working families shouldn't have to choose between heating their homes and feeding their children because politicians want to virtue signal about climate change.
I support an all-of-the-above energy approach that includes natural gas, nuclear, and yes, renewables where they make economic sense. But we shouldn't be shutting down reliable power plants and forcing ratepayers to subsidize expensive, unreliable green energy projects. As your State Representative, I will work to lower your energy bills and oppose mandates that hurt working families.
The MBTA Communities Act establishes housing mandates without sufficient funding for infrastructure. Many residents view this as state government overreach that undermines our community's ability to decide its own development. As someone who believes in local control, I oppose these unfunded mandates that threaten to alter our community's character.
Our towns should have the right to determine their own zoning and development plans. Boston bureaucrats shouldn't be dictating how our communities grow. The MBTA Communities Act forces high-density housing on communities without providing the funding for schools, roads, water systems, and other infrastructure needed to support that growth.
This is a classic example of state government overreach. Local communities know best what kind of development works for them. As your State Representative, I will work to repeal or reform the MBTA Communities Act and restore local control over zoning decisions.
